The controller of your personal data is [Legal entity name — to be confirmed], registered at [Registered address — to be confirmed] under number [Company registration number — to be confirmed]. You can contact us about privacy matters at info@coreviaholding.com.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, company (optional), e-mail address, subject and message, together with your confirmation that we may process them.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to deliver the website securely. These logs are kept for a limited period.
- Website statistics. If enabled, we use a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. See our Cookie Policy.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use the details you send through the contact form only to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up conversation. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where your enquiry concerns a possible agreement, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for no longer than twelve months after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Who receives it
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and handle e-mail, under data processing agreements, and only as far as necessary. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict its processing; request data portability; and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to respond.
